A highlight in every home: the INSUA chest.

Quality has much to do with continuity. Only when all cogs on the production chain are working to perfection, is the result one that meets all requirements. Therefore at Welle our quality control during production is twofold; during the process as well as random sampling. 

Following the exhaustive incoming component check of all the materials follows the machine work, assembly and then the final inspection and cleaning of the end product. During each process, Welle carries out quality control checks. Again and again parts are taken off the production line and hand-checked for damage, scratches or breaks. By the way, special care has to be taken with chests such as INSUA which have a high gloss finish that reflect like a mirror. Smallest inclusions or scratches don't stand a chance. We are only satisfied once every INSUA chest - or any other chest for that matter - is perfectly manufactured and of the highest quality. 

After the furniture has been properly packaged with cardboard and polystyrene, the in-house logistics take over the transport to our trade partners. All done with great care, reliability and on time - after all we are dealing with our own products. By delivering our products ourselves, we can guaranty quality through to the end and ensure that each piece of furniture reaches your home safely.
